Our quote process is simple and costs you nothing. You send the approved septic design, we read it closely, then we meet you on the property and price the job we would actually build.
Why we start with the design
In Washington, a licensed designer or engineer produces your septic design and the county approves it before anyone digs. That document tells us the system type, tank size, drainfield dimensions and site constraints. Reading it first means our estimate covers the real scope, so the number you get is the number you pay for that scope, not an opener that grows later.
If something in the design looks like it will fight the site, access, slope, a tree that has to survive, we flag it before work starts, while changes are still cheap.
The site visit
Photos lie about slopes and access. We walk the property with you, look at where the tank and field go, figure out where machines and material trucks can get in, and talk through staging, spoils and what your yard will look like when we leave. You will know exactly what to expect before you commit to anything.
